A cultural centre under a bridge, where young Cairo goes to gigs without alcohol.

Set under the 15th of May bridge, beside the Nile, this centre programmes concerts, theatre, screenings and debates every evening, at very low prices. It is young Cairo's main cultural outing, and one of the few places open to every audience.
The extra bit
The programme is posted at the entrance and changes daily: drop by in late afternoon to see what is on that evening.
Know before you go
No alcohol, family atmosphere, tickets at a few dozen pounds: the opposite of a club.
