Manasterly Palace
An Ottoman pavilion at water level on the Nile, now an Arabic music hall.

Only a reception salon remains of the old palace: painted ceilings, mirrors, and the river right behind the windows. It hosts takht ensembles and classical Arabic singing, in acoustic and visual conditions no modern hall can match.
