Camping in the White Desert is what everyone comes to the oases for: rugs laid on the sand, a fire, dinner cooked by the driver, and chalk formations whitening under the moon. At daybreak, fennec foxes come sniffing at the leftovers.

Pick a moonless night if you come for the stars: a full moon erases the Milky Way.
